The economical BATA-1 Softball Pitching Machine throw perfect fastballs up to 62 mph with pinpoint accuracy. Ideal for batting practice for players from 9-16 years of age and machine pitch leagues.

The Bata-1 is a fastball softball machine, The speed is electronically controlled by simply adjusting the speed by turning a dial. It is also good for flyball and groundball practice.
The BATA 1 can throw real softball-size leather balls, dimpled balls, or wiffleballs.
Apart from being less expensive, comparing the The BATA 1 to the Jugs MVP and Jugs Jr. shows that the Bata-1 throws about 10 mph faster than the Jugs MVP.
The BATA 1 has a protective guard between the operator and the pitching wheel.
The Jugs MVP and Jugs Jr. have the pitching wheel exposed to the operator with no protective guard.
