The Bata Starter Baseball Pitching Machine is designed specifically for Machine Pitch Leagues and those players just emerging from T-Ball.

 

Recommended for ages 12 and under, the Bata Starter Baseball pitching machine throws real leather baseballs, dimpled baseballs and safety balls with an actual speed range of 20 MPH – 50 MPH. The Bata Starter was designed specifically for young players and leagues where pitching machines are used in the actual games.

 

Although the machine speed will remain constant the reaction time can be adjusted based on the distance the ball is pitched from. The reaction time speed equivalent is: 60 feet = 50 MPH, 50 feet = 60 MPH, and 40 feet = 75 MPH.
