the order was not filled properly. I was sent softballs instead of baseballs.  I called company and they fixed the problem professionally and promptly.  I appreciated the heartfelt sincerity about  the mistake and the quick fix to the problem.

Shipping and ordering was good. Customer service was excellent. They are very helpful.

Some balls are a bit sticky and get stuck on machine. I have to push them down. Might be the plastic they are packed in. Other than that they are great and this is the cheapest price I found. Will order more in the future.

Loved the price on this and the balls and bucket are great too, we have been using them like crazy for impromptu "home run derbys" at practice on Saturdays.  The bucket and balls were shipped separately, and the balls were all in their own box.
