How do I return an item?
If you experience technical problems with products purchased through PitchingMachinePro please contact either by phone, fax, or through the website. You may call 1-866-447-1862 or click on the "Live Help" box on the right side of this page for technical assistance. Warranty information is generally available on the description page of the item. Also, the warranty ensures that each product will be free of manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of a defect under warranty, we will, at our option, send replacement parts, request the product to be returned for repair at our expense, or replace the product. This warranty does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, improper installation, or improper maintenance. For netting, manufacturer's defects are limited to the knotting, binding, and construction of the net. Holes being punched in the netting, and/or worn and broken netting does not fall under this warranty.
Canceled Orders: In stock orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipping. Once an order has been shipped a 15% restocking fee will apply. Custom net orders will be charged a 50% cancellation fee if canceled at any time after the order is placed.
Product Stock: Most products will be in stock except for custom netting, wind screen, etc.
Damaged Goods: Damaged goods must be reported to Pitching Machine Pro within 5 days of receipt of order. If merchandise is damaged during shipping, a claim must be made with the delivery carrier by you, however, any and all damages must be noted on the bill of lading or the truck bill when the goods are delivered (if the customer accepts receipt of the goods and does not bring the damage to the attention of the delivery carrier, then the customer assumes all responsibility for the damage).
Warranties: All merchandise is warranted for 90 days from the date of purchase (except where noted otherwise).

It is normal course for the replacement parts/products to be shipped after the original parts/products have been received by SunRiver Distributors. If a customer desires that the replacement parts/products be sent prior to receipt of the return, then the customer will be charged full price for the parts/products and shipping and be credited the price of the parts/products upon receipt of the returned items.
An authorization number must be issued by SunRiver Distributors for all returns and each return must include:
1. Name and address of consumer
2. An explanation of the reason for return
3. Return authorization number
4. Proof of original purchase
5. Product should be well packed in a sturdy carton to prevent damage in transit. All shipping damage is the responsibility of the consumer.
Credits: SunRiver Distributors will issue credit (when deemed appropriate) to our customers. Returns, other than those for warranty, service, replace, or replacement, may be made within 30 days of purchase and carry a 15% restocking fee (credits will be issued within 30 days of receipt of return). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
